I don’t know why AVG does it, but I appreciate the sentiment.

Part of me wishes this garbage laptop and my stupid body had the longevity to see if it actually came up in the year 2100 to ask for an update.

Change the computer’s date to 01/01/2100. Report back and tell us what happens. Also, what’s the future like?

Windows Defender is all you need. AVG can burn in hell.

AVG has become such a whiny intolerable piece of bloatware. I used to install it on every computer I came across but nowadays I do the opposite.

It’s basically become adware, which is ironic.

Ugh, I used to love AVG, but ever since they started installing add-ons without user permission I kicked them to the curb.
Tried Avast!, but when it quarantined and then removed Fallout4.exe without my permission because I modded the game, I got rid of it to.
Avira was nice, but desktop notifications were annoying and their client used so much RAM. Guess I’m sticking to my Malwarebytes + Windows Defender combo for now.
